Aries Full Moon: Empowerment & Surrender

Things are heating up! As we recently moved out of a chaotic time of lessons as Mercury currently went direct, we are still in a shadow phase and the heat is being turned up. This Full moon in October is in Firey Aries, Aries is known as the first of zodiac signs, they are ruled by Mars which is a masculine energy and known as the god of war. This energy isnt afraid to take the lead, is very direct, and quite powerful as they really are reliant on themselves and leading others.

As we know everything is both light and shadow, same goes for this Full Moon energy.

LIGHT POSTIVE: Empowerment, taking inspired action, stepping into your strength and power, finding your passion and surrendering.

SHADOW: Aggression, anger and resentment, feeling the need to be impulsive and explosive. Reactive with out really thinking

We are being called to really surrender, don’t try to control just lead yourself and trust the universe. As many may have had intense experiences during mercury retrograde, lots of tower moments when it seems like everything is falling apart and was chaotically happening, we can now reflect and move forward. We are in a new phase of energy, a powerful one, embodiment of a sense of self and empowerment.

Just be mindful of of the shadow aspects within yourself that may be revealed at this time, and see what it’s showing you. Anger is an emotion that often times is not expressed and repressed within us, as many times it’s seen as a “bad” or “negative” emotion, which is not true! Anger needs to be released as it actually moves a person from a lower hopeless state into action, and aligning to a higher emotional energetic state. You can release it in a mindful way, where you truly acknowledge how you feel and why, just be aware of not loosing it and creating more chaos in your life.

During this full Moon using the element of fire will be quit powerful, as it not only is transformative but also creative and destructive . So you can use it to destroy or remove your fears and transform into the powerful aligned energy.

RITUAL: Write down what are removing, your fears and your blocks. You can release them into a fire. And for what you are calling in do the same, set you intentions and surrender it to the Universe, have faith!

We are both shadow and light, remember it’s all about finding Balance. Which means integrating the shadow with light.
